Ms. Livingston holds a Master’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from California State University Northridge (CSUN). She is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP). She also holds Certifications from the City of Los Angeles Small Business Academy, Los Angeles Community College District’s Build-LACCD Small Business Contractor Boot Camp, Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Small Business Contractor Boot Camp, Inner City Capital Connections, Construction Management Certificate (CMC) from Turner School of Construction Management Training Program, in partnership with LA County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (METRO), Austin industries Mentor Protégé Program, City of Los Angeles Minority Business Opportunity Center (MBOC), Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) & National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC), Southern California Chapter. Effective business operations, management, strategic project wins, teaming partnerships, business and staff growth, marketing, sales and contract agreement negotiations.
- Construction
- Airports, hospitals, schools, theatres, restaurants, spas, a 54 story commercial high-rise, tenant improvement, beautification/ façade/Site improvement projects with fountains and tunnels, field inspection, water/wastewater facilities, preparation of material take-off for construction estimates and cost estimating.
- Contract negotiation and preparation, proposal development, bid walks and interviews, buyouts, pre-construction/ construction phase activities, marketing and sales towards Company development/growth in revenues, cost/budget management, budget reports/forecasts, oversight of change orders/submittals/RFIs, facilitate meetings/prepare meeting minutes, lead closeout activities, resolve contract issues/field problems, Construction Quality Control (CQC) for both office and field work, development and oversight of project schedule/procurement, development of construction/project engineering organization and training of junior staff, coordination between onsite project management and the field operations.
