Project Description:

LACCD’s $8.2 billion construction program is to deliver 90 new LEED certified buildings through contracting and procurement activities for the nine LACCD colleges and their satellites in the LACCD Bond Program (Bond Program). O2EPCM, Inc., is providing on-call (staff augmentation), program management, project management, construction management, design management, move management, asset management, project controls services on the project.

 

Service Provided:

O2EPCM is providing assistance with technical writing, providing client intelligence, participation on proposal review panels, and attendance at the interview. O2EPCM, Inc. proposes qualified candidates for various staffing positions through LACCD requisitions, along with Contractor and other subcontractor teaming partners, on this on-call opportunity; based on successful staff submissions leading to approval by the Customer for the above services. LACCD’s goals is to build new facilities and improve existing buildings to provide sufficient space and technology to serve its students and the surrounding communities. The projects within this program are delivering 90 new LEED certified buildings through contracting, producing enough renewable power at each of its colleges to meet the District’s energy needs and procurement activities for the nine LACCD colleges and their satellites in the LACCD Bond Program (Bond Program). O2EPCM is providing on-call (staff augmentation), program management, project management, construction management, project controls, design management, move management, asset management, project controls services on the project. O2EPCM is also providing assistance with technical writing, providing client intelligence, participation on proposal review panels, and attendance at the interview.
