O2EPCM Construction and Building Inspectors are experienced working with buildings, highways, streets, utilities, sewer and water systems, pipelines, pump stations, meters, and other structures.

Our inspectors ensure that construction, alterations, or repairs comply with codes and ordinances, zoning regulations, and contract specifications. Our inspectors make an initial inspection during the first phase of construction and follow up with additional inspections throughout the construction project.

We realize that no inspection is exactly the same. In areas where certain types of severe weather or natural disasters—such as earthquakes—are more common, our inspectors monitor compliance with additional safety regulations designed to protect structures and occupants during those events.
